A Mom friend from my MOPS group posted on Facebook this morning asking if anyone wanted to join her and her 2 children for a trip to the zoo. I've needed some time out of the house and KNEW this would be perfect! We packed lunch, loaded both kiddos, and off we went! Wednesdays are half priced at the Fort Worth Zoo, and children 2 and under are free - so for $5 parking and my $6 ticket we had a great time outside of our 4 walls! We enjoyed time with friends and Jacob LOVED seeing all the animals.
Of course, every animal we saw, he would say, "I pet?!" He IS like his Daddy and his Mamaw (Bruffey) - he LOVES animals!

Thanks to Jennifer for her invite! We had a blast and will definitely go back (especially on a half price Wednesday)! I love seeing my son so curious and enjoying new things!
